I found Munich to be just another large city. It’s well worth your while to visit some of the smeallr towns outside Munich.If you have a car you can check out a little town called Rothenburg od der Tauber. Google it for more information. I don’t recall how far away it is from Munich but well worth the drive.It’s a must see.Also you can visit Neuschwanstein castle which is approx 1 hour outside of Munich. On the way to Neuschwanstein Castle you can visit the town of Oberammergau (the famous Passion Play takes place here) and Mad King Ludwigs Linderhof Castle.I agree with a previous poster, visit Dachau. It’s very sad and disturbing but something you will never forget visiting.Enjoy!

Hello Tim, hope you will find your way to Munich one day. If you do, don’t miss the Olympic Stadium. It’s definitely one of the most impressive locations in the region.
